The Canada border crossing was busy, but we had no problems.

We stopped at the Bay of Fundy National Park to experience the 40' tides.

We visited Alma, a small village next to the Park and saw the fishing boats stranded by the tide. Fishermen go out on high tide and can't return again until the next high tide, roughly 12 hours later.

We stayed at a nice campground right in the Park. We drove down the coast within the Park through this wonderful covered bridge.

This morning we stopped at Cape Enrage where we walked down to the gravel beach just after high tide to watch the tide go out, but the fog and light rain moved in, so we had to leave before the tide was out.
After lunch, we drove up through New Brunswick and then down into Nova Scotia. I stopped and picked up a 6" high stack of brochures and information at the visitor's bureau. We arrived at our campground just outside Halifax around dinnertime.
We have tickets to the Royal International Tattoo tomorrow in Halifax. There is a link to the right that will tell you more about the Tattoo.
